DRVYN Apparel is operated by Drvyn Apparel LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States. We serve customers worldwide.

 

 

Use of Website

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have consent from a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.


 

Product Availability

Every DRVYN piece is released with purpose. Availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to modify, restock, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We aim to display all products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on your device.


 

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

For international customers, including Canada, United Kingdom and the Bahamas your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and additional fees.


 

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

DRVYN Apparel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

At DRVYN Apparel, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipment, we will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.


Lost Packages (In Transit)

If your tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us. We will assist you and work toward a resolution.


Marked as Delivered

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery office, or the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, our team is here to help guide you through next steps.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will move quickly to make it right.



Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Select items may be offered on a pre-order basis. These products are made specifically for you.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge extended processing times. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except in cases where the item is not delivered, is defective, in accordance with applicable law.


 

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees determined by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by DRVYN Apparel.



Returns & Refund

All sales are final, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of damaged items or fulfillment errors. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

 


Consumer Rights (International Customers)

We respect and comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the regions we serve.

  • Canada & International: Your rights under local consumer protection laws are not affected by our policies.
  • United Kingdom: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may have the right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: This right may not apply to made-to-order or pre-order items, including DRVYN pre-order releases.



Intellectual Property

All DRVYN branding, including logos, designs, graphics, and content, is the property of DRVYN Apparel LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.



Limitation of Liability

DRVYN Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.



Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

For international customers, local consumer protection laws may apply where required.
