Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment with precision and care.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are processed within approximately 1–3weeks as the timeline may vary slightly based on production schedules and demand. Items are shipped out immediately.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and support as each item is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to quality

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available for pre-order items once they have entered processing. As each item is made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. DRVYN Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delays

While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. These factors are outside of our control.

 

Lost Packages (In Transit)
If your tracking information shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us. We will assist you in and work toward a resolution.

Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery office, or the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, our team is here to help guide you through next steps.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will move quickly to make it right.


International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
