All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including pre-order items other than specified below.


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order pieces are made specifically for you. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge extended processing times. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded, except in cases where the item is not delivered, is defective, in accordance with applicable law.


Order Changes

If you need to update your size or item, changes are only possible before processing begins. Please reach out to customer service immediately to review your request.


Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped by Drvyn Apparel

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number for review.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. If an exchange is to be done, we will provide a prepaid return label for the shipment destination (where product was delivered) and begin the exchange process.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Pre-order or limited release items once production has begun

In these cases, customers may be eligible for an exchange or store credit in accordance with our policy.

 

Consumer Protection Notice

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions we serve.

For customers in certain jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights regarding returns, cancellations, or refunds. These rights are not affected by our store policies.

Please note that certain items, including pre-order or made-to-order items, may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
